Exchange 2010 SP2 on Windows 2008 R2 will work fine in a Windows 2003 SP2 domain. Hi, If you mean "stand alone" is without join domain, then you cannot deploy Exchange. Exchange must be a member domain. I assume you mean "stand alone" is "Exchange 2010 multi roles". If that's right, then yes you can deploy within your existing domain.
