Deploy Exchange Signature for Outlook 2007 Organisation
I am looking to to roll out A default signature for all users at the company for Outlook 2007
Can you give any useful GPO's or Powershell scripts to overcome doing this manually

Not sure about the GPO, but you can use Transport Rule to achieve it

Yes, you can follow Gulabs suggestion ( add disclaimer as a signature) to have a try.
