Are you talking about disclaimer? If you add disclaimer through Transport rules then it is common for all users and transport rules can not add dynamic values in it (based on display name or first name, last name of individual user). Exchange 2007 - Transport Rules &Disclaimer How to Configure a Disclaimer So yes, if you want to add dynamic text into disclaimer (or signature) then you need to create custom transport agent based on your requirement with Exchange SDK. Hello, I have created a transport rule following this steps: http://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/05/17/exchange-2007-transport-rules-disclaimer/#comments I have seen in internet some webs that tell similar steps. My problem is that the Microsoft Outlook doesn't apply the transport rule. In that case is a disclaimer rule. I have waited 2 hours, but the disclaimer doesn't apply. We only have one Exchange server and one Active Directory. Someone knows what is happening¿? Thanks in advance.
