Testing exchange 2013 before full roll out.

current system is 1 x cas server and 2 x maibox servers

I want to add additional cas servers.

Is there any easy way to do this so that the settings from the first cas server copy across?

When you deploy additional CAS server, all common configuration settings from AD DS will be applied. However, some server specific settings (if you have customized any on your current CAS) should be set manually.

After you deploy new CAS in the same site.

1. you have to change AutodiscoverURI to the same name with first CAS (by default after you install CAS , this setting will show for you each server name).
2. After that change all virtual-directory name (OWA , ECP , OAB , EWS and EAS)
3. for 2 CAS in site , better you implement Load balance for this case (if you dont have hardware just endable Windows NLB).
4. Configure receive connector.
