i am currently testing exch 2007 in closed network and i have basicaly copied everything from domain names and activer dir structure. when i install exh 2007 and manage to get everything working. but the problem is the domain name is to long basicaly it currently looks likeuser@subdn.domain.com this is a problem as when we eventualy move over to exchange each user email address's need to be user@domain.com so there is little changer over. can any of you guys give me any ideas or were i can fix this problem.Thanks

In clean install exchange 2007 will use Active Directory Domain Name for email address domain name by default. If inernet email domain name is difference with AD Domain name,you need modify the defaulr email address policy email domain and reapply it. New accept domain, set Internet email domain name Modify or new a email address policy and select the correctaccept domain
