Difference in the sent time and the receive time of the emails
Hi all,
I am facing this issue in our exchange organisation. An application is configured to trigger alerts/reports but there is a difference in the sent time and the receive time of the triggered emails. For eg., the email sent time is shown as 12.00 pm but the
recipients get this email at 11.57 am. The message tracking also shows the same thing. The message has sent time of 12.00 pm but it was submitted to the queue and processed at 11.57 am itself. The servers are in sync with the time server.
Please help.

Hi,
The application server is also in sync with the time service (my guess would be that this happens in the application or on the application server)?

Hello,
Did you check the time on the client?
Could you post the message tracking log result?
