Digital _ID freezon loading when Digital ID signature and encryption at outlook2010  please?

I remember there is a hotfix for the freezing credential/authentication problem in Windows 8 and Windows Server 2008, temporarily unable to find this certain update:(

But you could fully patch the update and then check if the problem still persists. Thanks.

Hello Mr. CHEN,

The bland new recovered OS  with the problem also,  digital - ID or e-certification won't work at Win8p but vista.  Signature nor Encryption.  Hacked haplessly.

Patch you implied  for win8p ? what name, where access , any clue please?
