Dilevery Reports trouble
I have exchange 2010 standard installed on an Server 2008 Enterprise edition server. When I go to the Exchange management counsel and bring up the delivery reports tool. I click the mail box to search and the web page box pops up and I choose the mailbox I am going to search. Then I choose search for messages sent to or sent from and the box never finishes loading so I can add an email address into the box. How do I troubleshot this issue? Really no info on the web.

Hi,

Please check if your account has the enough permission to perform this action. Your account should be in the following Management management role group

  • Organization Management
  • Records Management
  • Recipient Management

Use the following command to add

Add-RoleGroupMember " Records Management" -Member YourAccount

And please try to use Search-MessageTrackingReport cmdlet to check if you can search message tracking report

I am logged in as Network Administrator.
 I have to login to the web page when it pops up and I can log in fine. I moved exchange over from another server. As soon as I started to remove exchange from my old server this feature started to work. Then all of a sudden for some reason it stopped working.

When I click on the options for email from or To the box will pop up but will not display correctly so I can add information into this box.
