DirSync Issues

Hello All 

I have a issue with Dirsync (active directory on premise to cloud). 

I am just using Office 365 pro plus and Dirsync is not syncing all users from the selected containers. 

I have tried full sync manually and from the portal, it is telling me "Last sync about an hour ago"

Probably have about 85% of all users on the cloud. 

Anyone ever experienced this before?

Hi,

Did you got any error in MIIS client?

If the OU is selected for Syncing with Azure AD (Office 365) It should sync all the objects. Since you can see the last sync time is just an hour ago, it means the sync is indeed occurring as per schedule.

If there are some users which are not syncing then you must be getting some errors while syncing in the MIIS client.

To check for the errors in MIIS client please follow the below steps:

1. Go to C:\Program Files\ Microsoft Windows Azure AD Sync\ Sync Bus\ UI Shell\

2. Open the file "MIIS.exe"

3. In the operations tab you will see whether you are getting any error or not

4. In case there are errors, please share the details for resolution
