i have an office 365 portal and dirsync setup in my environment. just running 1 DC with roughly 20 users. My questions are:

1. how long does it take to sync a change from local AD to office 365?

2. does this happen automatically or does it have to be pushed. if auto, whats the frequency?

3.  I used the miisclient that came with dirsync, actions -> run... and delta import delta sync. what is the best option to execute to push changes to office 365 and how long does it take to be reflected in office 365

based on my observations, it has take around 20 mins using my way to see changes on local AD to office 365 portal (simple changes like changing UPN).
