Disable OWA Auto-Reply popup notification
Hi all,
Can anyone tell if it is possible to disable the pop-up notification in OWA when you login that notify's you that your Auto-Reply message is on. This is for Exchange 2010.
I basically have a shared mailbox that is accessed by several users that use OWA. What I dont want is the pop-up to appear each time a user logs on and for one of them to accidently switch it off.
Cheers

I can't think of anyway of doing this natively unless you have something developed. You can try in the dev formum or educate the users who access this shared mailbox.

Does the shared mailbox need access to any of the ECP options via OWA?
Create a new Default Assignment Policy and remove the "MyBaseOptions" role for the new policy and assign this policy specifically to the shared mailbox.
Set the autoreply with Set-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration.
After you do that, if users try to access the options Page for the shared mailbox they will be denied access.
Just curious, why does the Shared Mailbox have replies set?
