I have a problem with people permanently deleting emails between each other in Outlook. For legal reasons we have to keep all inner office communications. Is there a way to disable permanent deleting capability in either Outlook or Exchange? We're using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007 on Small Business Server 2008.
