Hey Vinod, Is Do not permanently delete items until the database has been backed up option selected in Mailbox Database Properties -> Limits tab, if yes then it wouldnt be deleted until full backup runs. Hi Amit, I am pretty muchaware of Do not permanently delete items until the database has been backed up option and every day my full backups runs but even thoughtwo full backup has completed successfully the mailbox is still showing under disconnected mailbox. I know, I can delete them manually with Remove-Mailbox command but my question is "why this thing is happening is it a kind of bug or i am missing some thing or i am doing some thing wrong?"
