Disabling out of office assistant for specific users
As mentioned above we would like to disable out of office assistant/messages for specific users. We use Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003. Is there a way doing that on client or server?

On Exchange 2003, no.
You cannot stop the users from setting an Out of Office message.

Thanks for response. My proposal for management will be: upgrading to Exchange server 2007 or higher which is long overdue
