My boss emails are going missing, has anyone encountered this problem before?

Mails will never disappear on its own. Check for any rules that he might have created by mistake.Check all the folders on his mail box. Most important , login through OWA and see if you can locate those emails.Raj

the email disappeared after it was moved to another folder... and yea i checked the rules.. even did a search for the missing email and it didn't show up ..

How about OWA? Can you look for those emails in OWA?Raj

Does he log on with another computer, such as a home computer, that has Oulook configured to deliver new mail to personal folders?
