Disappearing mail outlook 2007/exchange 2010
Hello, I have a strange problem with receiving some outside mail in outlook 2007- When we sent mail to customer which have a problem with disappearing mail, they received mail in inbox on a few sec after that mail dissapear and we can't find anywhere. But if we turn off cached mode on client, than it's everything ok mail stays in inbox. Trubleshooting which we do it already is (no success): - Repair OST - Recreated a new OST - Creating profile on other computer - Turn off AV - outlook /resetfolders, /cleanips, /cleanprofile, /cleanrules, /resetnavpane - Tracking message in exchange server has delivered status to mailbox - Rules is deleted - We also do this http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/968773?p=1 - Views are deleted on defaults - Office is up to date - No forwards - No pop3 - No delivering to pst What can i do more with this issue any suggestions? He has mobile device (windows mobile), but i was check device and it seems everything ok. He has also Microsoft Entourage on mac (http protocol), but he doesn't use mac (is turn off).

The problem was solved. 'Junk Email Options>Permanently deleted suspected junk e-mail...' Uncheck this option and mails will be stayed in inbox.
