Hi, We have created server based email rulesusing the web interface (webaccess). From time to time the rules disappear and we have to rebuild them again. This happened 3 times within the last to month and we could not find the root cause of it. Does anybody have an Idea what the reason for this strange behaviour could be? Is there an option to export the server based rules using web access?Thanks in advance, Kenan

Hi Allen,Exchange server is the newest one (2007?) and both clients are affectec (2003 an 2007). Thanks,Kenan
