Disclaimer issue
Hi
Is it possible to add disclaimer with internal emails in MS Exchange 2003 without using any 3rd part tools? I know for external email communication we can use VB script or any email filter gateway to add disclaimer automatically. But I want to know is there any way to do the same for internal users.
Thanks
Enam

Hi,
Disclaimers for internal users would be the same as disclaimers for external users.

Hi Enamur,
The method described in KB317680 cant work for internal email flow. Messages that are submitted by using MAPI are not in SMTP format when the e-mail triggers the SMTP transport event. Therefore, changes that are made by the event's code are not persisted.
After some research, I findStore Event sink. However, we dont recommend it, as it can cause some potential problems, such as mail flow issueor database corruption.
Here are my suggestions:
1. Deploy an Outlook add-on that stamps disclaimers
2. Third-party solutions.

Hope it helps. Thanks,
