Disconnected Mailbox Issues
I have a user whose mailbox shows as disconnected, even though she is able to send and receive email. Using ESM, I had tried removing her mailbox from her user account and then reconnecting her mailbox to her user account. It has again shown
up in the disconnected mailbox window, although she is still able to send and receive email. We are running ES2007 ver. 08.01.0393.001. Any suggestions on what to do?

How many mailbox databases do you have? In which database do you find
the disconnected mailbox?
If you have only one mailbox server, run this and see how many
mailboxes there are for the user's display name:
get-mailboxstatistics -server <server-name> | where ($_.displayname
-eq <user-displayname>} | select displayname,mailboxguid,legacyDN
You may have both an active and disconnected mailbox for the person.

Run this command to check for disconnected mailboxes on the server:
Get-mailboxstatistics| where-object{ $_.DisconnectDate -notlike ''}
If you cannot see her account in the list, her account may not be disconnected.
If you can see here account in the list, make sure she is not logon other mailbox.

through ADSIedit tool to check delegate and forward setting for that user if any .Don't forget to mark helpful or answer
