Discrepancy in Mailbox Quota between Exchange Server and Outlook 2010
Hello Guys,
Have an existing exchange server now. I got users who started using MS Outlook 2010. A mailbox quota of 4GB (4096000KB) has been assigned to each user but upon checking it in Outlook 2010 (file>Info>Mailbox Cleanup) the mailbox quota is only 3.77+
(not even near to 4GB)...
I'm wondering how MS Outlook 2010 derive/convert/interpret mailbox quota that has been set in Exchange?
What will be the exact figure should I set in Exchange>mailbox quota in KB so that it will show 1GB; 2GB; 4GB 10GB, 20GB... in Outlook 2010?
Enlightenment will really be appreciated.. thanks!

4GB = 4194304KB (4 * 1024 * 1024)
4096000KB = ~3.9GB

Hi jaque128,
Rich is right.
When you want it show as
4GB, you should set it to 4194304000KB.
