I tried with message tracking and at that time I should have got 5 mails and it seems to be that the server got it but it never delivers this email to the users.
Just to explain a little bit more about the environment, I have an application which using google apps SMTP service send around 400 email notifications per day to many accounts and for my distribution group which is not on google apps, this distribution group is on my exchange server. On google apps we are created the same domain and we send those notifications using this domain.
Due to many issues found from some weeks ago, I had to match between notifications sent by my app and notifications got for users and as average we cannot get around 4 emails per day, but the most weird is that those missing notifications were got for other external accounts, just my local accounts could not get it.
How can I trace this message now? I need to discover what is happening. Hopefully you can help me.
