Hi, I was just wondering if there is anyway to organize the sent emails of a distribution group to automatically go into a separate folder? I can easily get the incoming emails to the distribution group to sort but not the sent emails.

From outlook, the simple way to move messages to specific folder is inbox rule. If you mean all messages sent from your mailbox to a distribution group, you can use the following inbox rule.
