Distribution List Last Used?
Hello-I'm looking to clean up some Distribution Lists. What is the best way to find out if some Distribution Lists are still being used?Like, date of last activity? Is this possible?Thanks-

Unless you are good at scripting Exchange message tracking logs you'd probably need a 3rd party tool like Promodag or Quest Message stats.
Promodag has a free trial if I recall correctly.
Either way you'd need to import the tracking logs for a good period, Exchange only keeps them for 30 days by default which isn't really long enough to gather cleanup data.

Hi,
You can only use Message Tracking tool to search the mails which recipient is specified to "Distribution list" directly.
But as NeillIT said, you need a good period of Tracking logs.
