We are in the process of migrating from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010. Users that manage DLs are complaining that when they are migrated to Exchange 2010 they can no longer modify the DLs. To fix this we did an update on the DLs that they are managing which has worked well. Now, however, we have come across the problem that when their are more than a few hundred users in a DL they can no longer modify the DLs even after the update has been performed. Has anyone else seen this behavior and found a way to fix it?

I have opened a call with Microsoft Support. We can fix the problem for Outlook 2010 users by disabling and reenabling the DLs. However, we still have not been able to resolve the problem for Outlook 2003 users.
