Hi, I am having 3 DL's in exchange 2003 with name :- 1 # All at Test1 Mumbai 2 #All at Test2 - Delhi 3 #All at Test3 -Banglore Now i want to delete this dl's and wanty to make 1 DL with Name of # All at ABC - Chennai and in this DL i want to keep mail IDS of both DL one of # All at Test1 Mumbai , Delhi and Banglore and with same sending permission enable which person has right now. Not sure what you mean. If you want to consolidate the existing 3 DL into the new Chennai one, i.e create the Chennai DL, add the members from the other 3 DL to the Chennai DL, add the email addresses for the other 3 DL to the Chennai DL and set the permission on who can send to the Chennai DL then you can.Sukh

Just as Sukh said, you can just add you needed DL members to the new DL (Chennai). If the permission you granted to user is sat on the old DLs, you need re-set this permission on the new DL. Thanks, EvanEvan Liu TechNet Community Support
