Exchange 2003 I created a distribution group some time ago, works just fine - I have made dozens of them so that is no big deal. We had a new hire come on board so I created an account for him, he was also added to this distribution group. There are four members in this group. If an internal message is sent all four members receive the message, but, if a message is sent from outside the company ONLY three people are receiving the message; everyone but the new guy. The new guy can send and receive messages internally and externally just fine, but for whatever reason this distribution group will not send to him. I have watched Message Tracker bring in the message in distribute. - from internal source it shows the message going to all four users. - from external source it shows the message going to three users. Any ideas what is wrong here?

Hi, In exch 2007 there is setting for user "Require that All senders are authenticated", which i think also exists in exch 2003.
