I'm trying to decrypt an Excel file (on my work PC) that I have forgotten the password for and printed instructions from 'technet.microsoft.com' on resetting file passwords.  I followed the instructions, and downloaded DocRecrypt but when I try to use the command of 'unlocking' the file it tells me:

'DocRecrypt' is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

I'm using Office 2013 and have checked my programs, where the Tool does appear to be installed.I'm also an administrator on my machine.

Any advice?
