Hello Team, We have around 10 conference rooms, the problem what we are facing is "Recurrence meeting is booked multiple times on the same day and at the same time", it is not showing up the message that the meeting has been schedule for the proposed time when the second users books the recurrence meeting same day at the same time. Please help. We are running with Exchange 2003 Server on Windows 2003 Standard edition Client outlook 2003 & 2007. Regards, Chendur
