Double Click is not working in Visio2013

Hi,

Double click is not working in Visio2013. Can you pls Help.

When the main shape is selected, by the time control goes to Macro the sub shape is slected and my macro is not working properly

Im a little confused about by the time control goes to Macro the sub shape is selected and my macro is not working properly.

Firstly, lets launch Visio 2013 in safe mode (Win + R, input visio.exe /safe). If double click is working properly in safe mode, this issue may be caused by macros. Could you please share macros with us?

If not, you can repair Visio 2013 from Control Panel > Programs and Features first. Then make sure Visio is not used by some third-party applications.
