Since we purchased Microsoft Volume Licence on remote desktop user CAL licence (Version 2012) that agreement entitlements may not include volume license keys.  Please advise where and how to download software for registration. What is the software name?

which products are you referring to?

Windows Server 2012 Operating System ?

Remote Desktop Services per-user CAL, is not software, it is a license.
