Basically since I have my duplicate calendar, if I have appointment invites that are sent to me, I have to manually move them to my training calendar (i.e. the other calendar).  The problem is that if the appt is rescheduled, I have to manually move the r/s but it doesn't atomically update/delete the original appointment so I end up with duplicates a lot.  Also, I'm guessing there isn't an easier way to auto direct/move appts to the second calendar?

There's no such "easier" way to direct/move appointments to the second calendar.

Anyway, we may find some 3rd-party add-ins to help you.
