Duplicate Detection

Is there any way to disable Duplicate Message Detection?

I see this article but I don't have these keys in registry should I create them?

Hi,

By default, these registry keys doesn't exist, so we need to create these keys.

  1. Right-click <Private/Public-Guid>, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
  2. Type Track Duplicates, and then press ENTER to name the new value.
  3. Right-click Track Duplicates, and then click Modify.
  4. In the Value data box, type the value 1, in hours, that you want to keep received message information, and then click OK.
  5. Repeat the same steps to create Background Cleanup key.
