Duplicate Out of Office Messages
We have a user turned on Out Of Office in Outlook 2003, but the sender sending email ti the user received two duplicate Out Of Office Messages, Can somebody figure out Why? We are running on Exchange 2007 and the user does not have the other rules turned on.

Getting the same here. Also fresh install of exch2007, Out of office reply set using web access.

I run the MAPI Editor to delete all the rules and Out of Office Templete, still no luck, any body experienced with that?
I will dig into the MAPI editor to see if I can find some clues before I recreate a new mailbox for the user.

I am seeing the same thing in my Organization. We are runningExchange 2007 and Exchange 2003 (mixed mode). All my users are using Outlook 2003 SP2 and the majority of them are setting their Out of Office message using the Outlook 2003 client. This is an intermittent issue and it does not happen to everyone just a few people so far. Its nice to know I am not the only one seeing this issue.

Seeing something similar to this happening for one particular user but the second out of office is always an old one from >1yr previous. Exchange 2003, outlook 2003. The user has a lot of rules setup on the client side but none related to out of office.Any suggestions?
