Duplicate email
HelloWe are having a problem where multiple emails are coming through to one of our Exchange 07 mailboxeson the client side. The scenario is:One email address/mailboxMultiple people/computers have Outlook open connected to this one mailbox via exchangeThis worked fine until recently, now multiple emails can come into these clients (i've beentold 2 - 8) and is very intermittent.Doesnt matter if emails are internal or externalAnyone have any ideas?

Hi Grant,
Please use message tracking center to check how many copies are delivered to that mailbox. If all users use OWA to visit the mailbox, can you reproduce the issue?

Grant can you be a bit more clear, u mean to say multiple duplicate mails comming, or Multiple mails from external comming at once as SPAM mails.

Your Query is not clear. Are you trying to tell us that you are recving duplicate emails to that shared mailbox?Vinod
