Duplicate messages
Exchange 2007 SP2, Outlook 2007 SP2. UserA sends messages to a variety of people internally, e.g. UserB and UserC. When UserB and UserC recv these messages, the messages sometimes seem to be duplicated. In this case, we checked the headers on B and C's Outlook, and each 'duplicate' message had a different messageid. Ran message tracking, and found that that seperate messages were submitted from UserA's Mailbox Server to the Hubs, with exactly same size, subject etc, at the same time. Where can we find where the problem is? It's either on the UserA's client Outlook, or his Mailbox server, but hard to find out what it is? Sender has no Outlook Rules.

Hi Joe, For this issue, please help me to clarify the following information before we go further: <1> Check whether this issue is also occur on other users (who is on the same Exchange Server with UserA)? <2> Use OWA to send emails and check whether this issue will occur or not? <3> what is protocol you used to send emails? <4> Follow Sukh’s suggestion to check whether you have created transport rule on the Exchange Server? Please help me to collect the information, with the information, we can help you more efficiently.
