Duplicate response invite "accept" emails keep coming at random intervals for the same meeting invite.

Hi,

Before I can provide any suggestion, I still need to know the following:

1. Does this occur to all meetings or a specific one?

2. Does the duplicate responses come from all attendees or specific ones?

3. Please also ask the attendees if they received duplicate meeting invitations from the organizer.

I've seen some similar issues were caused since the attendees were using some 3rd-party email clients against Exchange server. Another possibility is the organizer is using a mobile device to organize the meeting which creates duplicate invitations. If either of the two meets your scenario, please let me know.
