Hi, I am having a probelm with exchange. Read receipts of e-mails are being requested by a user, some of the read receipts do go back to theuser, however the vast majority go to the post master. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Hi, Does this issue occur on all users or some specific users? Have you tested the issue via OWA? If the issue only happen on some specific users, I suggest you recreate a new email profile to test the issue again.
