E-Mails Going to Junk
Hi! One of my Exchange 2010 users is receiving legitimate e-mail in his MS Outlook junk e-mail folder even after adding these addresses in the safe senders list. OWA is also showing them in Junk. Exchange 2010. Any Suggestions? Thanks.

HAve you run the update-safelist cmdlet for this user's mailbox? Are you using an edge server? Have you verified that the EdgeSync is working? http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998280.aspx --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
