I can send email on the 2007 exhange but I can't receive any (simple problem that's got me stumped)

Hi, I suggest you run a BPA health check first and see if there is any errors. Can you receive email send by yourself? Just send a test email, then using message tracking to see where it hangs. Meanwhile, please use queue viewer to see if any errors there. If you mean your Outlook 2007 cant send email, youd better contact your mail administrator. Thanks, Elvis
