Hi, I am new to exchange 2007 and this is prob a dumb question but here goes. Under organization config, hub transport, email address policies we have several policies listed and some are listed as applied true and others false, what is the difference? I have noticed that even if the policy is set to applied false new users that meet that criteria the policy is still applied. Thanks

So there is no difference between the policy enabled set to True or False?

If it shows false, it means you havent manually applied it.It doesnt mean that the policy wont get applied to an account.
