Hi, I will like to know if messages send to a distribution list can be manipulated? My Help Desk Administrator has a DL for incoming request, she wants to avoid that all or several of the staff members works on the same request. So she wanted that a message send to their DL instead of beeing received by everyone could be send to a different member everytime. Is this possible? Has someone gone trough a similar experience?
