I am using a program called DASH DDX that generates an e-mail with invoices attached (PDF).  If Outlook is already open, I get an error message that this ***.outlook file/pst is already in use by another program.   However, if I close Outlook, I can generate the e-mail and then send.    

This was working as of last week and all of a sudden it stopped, beginning yesterday.  Anyone know of a fix?
