E-mails with attachments are being rejected
I was wondering if someone could help me out, I'm currently getting reports from my clients that they can't send out e-mails with attachments over 5 MB. The send and receive connectors are currently set to 10 MB. This just started happening with in the last couple of days and I have not changed anything on exchange for a long time now. Any ideas? 1) Increase send connectors and restart "Exchange Transport Service." 2) While on Edge, start a synchronization to your Hub.

Organization and Server limits are is set to 10MB limits. I have tried raising the limits and it hasn't made a difference.

Just verify message limits at below levels… if all are set then you may need to check ScanMail settings... Global Limit Send Connector – On Hub & Edge Transport Server Server Limit – for any Transport Rules. Exchange 2007 - Message Size Limits Managing Message Size LimitsDinesh
