E2010 retreving mail via POP3
Migrated user accounts (E2003 to E2010) are unable to retrieve mail using POP3. User credentials are not accepted by the new E2010 server. I have found a thread at Experts Exchange stating that this is a known issue for migrated users in Exchange 2010. I would like to know 1) Is this true? and 2) Is the only solution to delete and recreate the user's account on the new Exchange 2010 Server?

This issue has been figured out. FYI On the Exchange 2010 Server in the POP3 properties the Authentication tab, the setting was changed to use Plain Text authentication. Then the Pop 3 Service was restarted for the changed setting to be applied. After that the Offsite users were able to receive mail via POP3.
