Hi, This is a question aimed at MS but if somebody else knows the answer that'd be great. When using Managed Custom Folder (MCF) journaling the sender of the message that is sent to the specified journal mailbox changes depending on the selected format of the attached message. When TNEF is selected the message sent to the specified journal mailbox as a displayed FROM line of "FROM: Microsoft Exchange on behalf of <user>" where user is the user/mail name of the original sender, i.e. the user who sent it to the user who then placed it in the MCF which caused it to be journaled. When .MSG is selected the FROM line reads "FROM: Microsoft on behalf of <user>" but this time user is the name of the mailbox/user that received the message and who put it in the MCF. Can someone please explain this difference? Thanks
