How can I change the Display Language inside the ECP? Right now, the majority of the words inside ECP is shown in my local language (not English), and I would like it to show all English only.

Just login into owa instead of ecp and pull down the menu from the settings gear and select Options:

Then navigate to Settings\Regional and change the Language to the desired one:

ECP will load the IEs language once logging in and we can't change the default language of ECP.  You can login into owa to change the language as patyi's sugge

Changing the language in owa will change the display language in ecp, too.

Set-Mailbox will not work, as they say their admin account does not have a mailbox.

Hello all

It has been already mentioned that opening OWA and set the language does not work for admin- accounts without mailbox. I think admin- accounts without a mailbox are quite common, so I was surprised there is no straighforward solution to this.

As mentioned there, simply use ?mkt=EN-us in the EXCAS URL, as the following example shows.
https://servername/ecp?mkt=EN-us
