I recently installed MS Exchange 2013 and after the installation I tried to open the ECP and it gives error saying the page can't displayed. Please help

Does your account have a mailbox in Exchange 2010?  See the workaround here:

Please add the error in details.
Please confirm whether the issue happens to all users or specific users .
We can create a new user on Exchange 2013 and check if it can login the Ecp .
We can try to reset ECP Virtual Directory:
1.- Remove-EcpVirtualDirectory -Identity "servercas1\ecp (Default Web Site)"
2.- New-EcpVirtualDirectory -Server servercas1 -InternalUrl https://servercas.domain.local/ecp
3.- IISRESET
If it doesn't work,please provide some related events in application logs for further analysis .
