Hello, Does OWA work? Based on the error message System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException it seems to be more related to the certificate key issues. Please run Get-ExchangeCertificate |FL to check whether there are valid certificate binds to the IIS service. Also check the application log to see whether there are any certificate related errors.
