OK - I must be a dummy since I can't figure out the most basic thing.How in the heck does one save EMS customization in the shortcut? If I right click the EMS shortcut and enable quickedit, adjust the buffer size, or whatever else it acts like it saves but the next time I start EMS all my settings are gone. What am I missing!

Hi,If EMS is installed on non-Exchange Server machine, then I recommend you to apply the latest update for Exchange Server both on Exchange Server and Computer which has Exchange Management Tool installed.Also I'd like to know what is the language version for your Exchange Server.Regards,Xiu
