Hello, I use/support Exchange 2007 but I have not implemented the system. I wish to improve my skills and get follow some training or buy books about deploying Exchange 2007, using EMC and power shell + creating and understanding the scripts. Could you please advice me any good website and books. Taking on board that my company would not pay for it... so any free or cheap solution are more than welcome. Thank you all for your help. Graig

I'd start with the Exchange Team Blog.
